James Long Men's Collection 2013 Fall

The hues marching down the runway at the James Long show were a little bleak... When taking a closer look, you see the magic.
He has used printed knitwear as his prominent material, mustard yellow, dusty pinks, pewter grey and chocolate shades, were his main colors.
He went for a number of textures, for his hoodies, pull-overs and sweatshirts, a favorite piece of mine from his collection, is his contrasted short jacket, composition is leather (arms) and knitwear (body).

When I briefly worked for a fashion PR company, Material PR based in Camden, I met him in whilst in the area. He came across so down to earth, and just normal, but obviously had impeccable style.
He is a great designer, young up coming talents could really learn a lot from studying his path, and analysing his inspiration and thoughts behind his successful designs.
